You can search using images with Google Lens directly in Google Chrome on your Android device.
To search an image on a webpage, open Chrome and go to the page with the image. Then press and hold the image. From the menu that appears, tap Search with Google Lens.
Chrome will analyze the image and display results, such as similar images, product matches, or information about objects in the picture.
You can refine your search by adjusting the selection area. Drag the corners of the highlighted section to focus on a specific part of the image. The results will update automatically.
You can also use Google Lens from the address bar. Tap the camera icon in the search bar, then take a photo or upload an image from your device. Chrome will process the image and show relevant results.

How your page data is processed by Google Lens
To use Google Lens for the first time, you'll need to agree to the processing of page data.
- To help select objects on the page, a screenshot of the page and page data will be sent to Google. When you use Lens to search web page content in Chrome, Google doesn't save any data beyond temporary storage for processing the specific query. Neither the page nor image is used for training as a result of this.
- When you select part of the page, the selection is sent to Google Search. To manage or delete your search activity, go to My Google activity.
