You can save and read pages later, even without an internet connection, using Google Chrome on your computer.
To read a page later, you can use the Reading List feature. Open the webpage you want to save, then click the star icon in the address bar. Instead of saving it as a bookmark, choose Add to Reading List. The page will be saved for easy access later.
To access your saved pages, click the side panel icon (usually at the top-right of Chrome), then select Reading List. You will see all saved pages, organized as read or unread. Click any page to open it.
For offline reading, Chrome allows you to download pages. Open the page you want, click the three-dot menu, then select Save page as. Choose a location on your computer and save it. Chrome will store the page as an HTML file along with a folder containing its resources.
Once saved, you can open the file anytime without an internet connection by double-clicking it from your computer.

In summary, Chrome lets you read pages later using the Reading List and access content offline by saving pages directly to your computer.
