You can use Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options through Autofill in Google Chrome to split payments into installments during online checkout.
To get started, open Chrome and go to Settings > Autofill and passwords > Payment methods. Make sure Autofill for payments is enabled and that your supported payment options are set up in your Google Account.
When you shop online and reach the checkout page, click on the payment field. Chrome will show your saved payment methods. If BNPL is supported for that transaction, you may see an option to pay in installments instead of paying the full amount upfront.
Select the BNPL option, then follow the prompts. You may need to review terms such as payment schedule, interest (if any), and eligibility. Approval depends on the provider and your account status.
Once confirmed, Chrome will autofill the required details and complete the transaction using the selected BNPL plan.
Keep in mind that BNPL availability depends on the merchant, region, and supported providers. Not all websites or purchases will offer this option.
Important: This payment method is available to users in the US who make a transaction in USD at select merchants.
