You can use the Gemini web app in Google Chrome to ask questions, generate content, and get AI-powered responses directly in your browser.
To start, open Chrome and go to the Gemini website (gemini.google.com). If prompted, sign in with your Google Account.
Once you are signed in, you will see a chat interface. Type your question, request, or task into the input box and press Enter. Gemini will generate a response based on your input.
You can ask a wide range of questions, including general knowledge, writing assistance, coding help, or explanations of complex topics. You can also refine your request by asking follow-up questions in the same conversation.
Gemini supports features such as summarizing text, generating ideas, and helping with research. In some cases, you can upload files or provide additional context to improve responses.
For convenience, you can bookmark the Gemini page or pin it as a tab in Chrome for quick access.
If you are signed in to Chrome, your activity and preferences may sync across devices, allowing you to continue conversations elsewhere.
Keep in mind that responses are generated by AI and should be reviewed, especially for accuracy in critical tasks.
You can now use Chrome's site shortcut to get direct access to the Gemini web app.
