Brian Cheruiyot was identified in the court application as a suspect in an alleged fake SGR ticket scam under DCI investigation. Authorities allege the suspects operated fake "Madaraka Express" Facebook and TikTok pages to falsely offer ticket sales and seat reallocation services and obtain money from victims. No definite amount lost was reported for this individual.
