Daimler Enterprises Limited was linked to an alleged land fraud scheme involving an 8.35-acre parcel along Old Mombasa Road in Nairobi. Investigators said the company claimed ownership using a falsified grant and a forged title deed, despite the land being legitimately registered in the complainant's name. The firm's directors were arrested after the ODPP approved charges including conspiracy to defraud and obtaining registration by false pretences.
