John Mugo Njeru was arrested by DCI detectives over an alleged scheme targeting an 8.35-acre property along Old Mombasa Road. Authorities said he, as a director of Daimler Enterprises Limited, was involved in using falsified land documents to support a fraudulent ownership claim. He was to be charged with offenses including conspiracy to defraud, uttering a false document, and obtaining registration by false pretences.
