Irima Mugo was arrested alongside John Mugo Njeru in connection with an alleged land fraud case involving an 8.35-acre parcel in Nairobi. Investigators said she, as a director of Daimler Enterprises Limited, was linked to the use of a falsified grant and forged title deed to claim the land. The ODPP directed that she be charged with fraud-related offenses.
