Complainants alleged that applicants were charged between KSh 50,000 and KSh 150,000 for supposed visa processing, recruitment services, and air tickets. Some victims reportedly received visas that were later found to be invalid, while others travelled to Gulf countries only to discover that the promised jobs did not exist.
The agency was reported to have operated from different locations within Nairobi’s CBD.
